Henderson’s Worcestershire Sauce

A favorite British condiment, this mildly spicy, tangy, slightly sweet vegan sauce was first blended in Sheffield, England, more than 130 years ago. Still made from a secret family recipe, you can use it in anything from pasta sauces and stews to scrambled eggs, or add it to iced tomato juice with a dash of tabasco and a slice of lemon for a spicy Bloody Mary – with or without alcohol.
